Most people often detest of being shorter then their colleagues and friends. A short height can often exercises to grow tallermake a person suffer some loss on social or personal front. The flexible body movement during exercising helps the cartilage and bones to grow. During stretching exercises the growth hormones are released in blood helping to grow taller.

Different yoga asanas like dhanuraahsana, shirshashana along with other effective asanas are incremental in increasing height. It is advisable to start with the basic ones and then proceed to the advanced level.

Whatever form of exercise is adopted it is very necessary to combine it with nutritious, well balanced and correctly spaced meals. Good rest always proves beneficial because a rest after an intensive session of exercise helps lactate muscles and increases growth hormones.
